Follow the directions below for quickest returns

  1. Check to make sure that you are within 30 days of the order date to process your return.
  2. Check to make sure that your item is in “new” condition, meaning it has just been tried on and is not damaged in any way.
  3. Check to make sure that everything (including instruction manuals if applicable) that came in the original shipping box is returned.
  4. Call our corporate office toll-free at 877-368-6800 to request a “return authorization” (RA#). Our office hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
  5. Re-package the product in the original box if possible and send it to: The Best Brace, in accordance with the return instructions that you receive.
